About me

Welcome to my personal website!

I am currently an Research Engineer in the optimization and control group of Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL). I completed my Ph.D. studies in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Tennessee Knoxville, advised by Dr. Fangxing(Fran) Li. I lead one PNNL LDRD Project under Resilience Through Data-Driven, Intelligently Designed Control (RD2C) Initiative.

My research interests lie in control, optimization and machine learning for power systems, including microgrid control, IBR control, security-constrained economic dispatch, distribution system operation and plan, cybersecurity, and resilience. The employed theories include but are not limited to control theory, convex optimization, deep learning, and deep reinforcement learning.

A funny thing about my ‘unique’ name: whatever you search my name in Chinese or English, it’s all about me because my name is “unique” in the context of Chinese and English.
